Help help help

Not needed to change pad have inserted 2 tampons only surface marked not bleeding hardly, and what's coming looks old as its dark...not due af till 20th 23rd so putting into glow as spotting until i know its defiantly af....my question is do I say light or medium as it's only that n twice when wiping after going loo....and probably long shot could it be implant as I am still dizzy plus headaches too x suppose I'm hoping really negative test and I'm 10dpo today I ovulated on the 5th finished af from 25th Sept to 1st October any help please
