HELP: 19 & JUST FOUND OUT IM PREGNANT

I am so freaking scared and need some sort of advice / support. I just found out I am pregnant. I took an at home test because my boobs have been incredibly sore, even though my period is due tomorrow. I am not ready for a child, but I don’t want to get rid of it. I’m so nervous
