What would be causing this?
My whole face and neck is dry, scaly and hurts when I touch it even my eyelids . I figured I might be allergic to my laundry detergent so I switched it and I also bought hydrocortisone cream . Could this be ezecma? On my neck I also have red patches of skin that feel leathery and also sting.
