I just ate, not even 10 minutes later I’m getting insane cramps in my stomach and ribs and throwing up???

that happened to me and my friend after eating spoiled salad from a food bar. within ten minutes we both threw it up and felt so much better. i don’t know if it was rotten or had some bad bacteria or parasite or something but it was that quick too.

Food poisoning would take longer unless you ate something so bad that your body needed to get it out RIGHT AWAY and if that was the case you’d know it because it would have been covered in mold or tasted like it was rotten. Your stomach could be upset because you ate too much though, or if you ate a lot of really heavy, rich and creamy food or  a lot of sugar at once. So for example if you ate super rich cheesy something that could make you sick, along with if you ate an entire pint of ice cream I one sitting, or chugged a litter of soda. It could also be completely unrelated to what you ate and your stomach just hurts because it does
