Weight loss!!

165lbs to 145lbs!!

I started off with getting myself on a vitamin routine: probiotics, ashwagandha, b-complex, c, d, htp-5, fish oil, astaxanthin. If you have no idea where to start with vitamins I highly suggest the brand care-of, they have you take a little quiz to find out what vitamins are right for you. I used to purchase from them but now I buy my vitamins in bulk.

Some of you have asked what I eat daily so this is my routine-

Morning coffee with non dairy creamer, I like the silk almond vanilla. A banana or activia probiotic yogurt, and a clif bar.

After breakfast I’ll head to the gym: stretches, leg lifts, push ups, sit-ups, about 35 minutes on the elliptical or the treadmill and every other day I’ll do some weight training. Back in April when I started focusing on my weight loss I started going to the gym but I actually only went a total of four times because I was extremely depressed and going through a breakup and couldn’t find motivation. I picked the whole gym thing back up in September and I’ve been going five days a week. I’m still new to this so I’m open to any suggestions!

Lunch is usually always the same, I’m a lazy ass human during my work week so guess what I do? I go to Chipotle for a burrito bowl!! I’m sure there’s an at home affordable alternative but I just don’t have the time right now and I’m not a fan of meal prepping lol.

Some snacks I like: apples with peanut butter, madegood bars, hummus and pita chips, popcorn.

Dinner is a salad with absolutely anything I feel like adding and balsamic for my dressing.

Also, tons of water throughout the day.

Guys, this is all I did for my weight loss. I don’t count my calories, and I didn’t go on some crazy no carb diet.

I got myself on a vitamin routine, focused on the foods I was eating, and forced myself into the gym. Be patient with yourself, weight loss doesn’t happen overnight.
