10 weeks noticed spotting

Me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday morning and I noticed I was spotting before bed lastnight.. i noticed this time during sex he went in deep and it hurt and was uncomfortable. i’m paranoid and i can’t sleep cause i’m constantly checking myself. could this be normal? and to bleed hours later after sex?
