So woke up to some light pink spotting when I wipe. I’m suppose to get my period today too

Pink/brown spots have stopped I wiped and wiped nothing was on the tissue. Calling my DR just in case but I have never heard of implantation bleeding after a positive however will say my pregnancy test is DARKEST it has been
