I’ve been doing bbt for a month and a half. Whenever I do research about it, resources always say that bbt ranges between 97-97.5 (36.1-36.4) and after ovulation it’s supposed to be between 97.6-98.6 (36.4-37). When I look at communities like kindara, I don’t really see any charts with temps as low as mine. I know everyone is different, I’m just confused why it’s so hard to find charts with temp ranges similar to mine because I’m sure they exist.

Pre-o my temps range between 96.4-96.6 (35.7-35.9) and after ovulation they’re about 97.2-97.4 (36.2-36.3). From what I can tell, I have pretty regular cycles but I haven’t been charting long enough to say for sure. I’m just concerned if having low temperatures could affect my fertility.

I’ve heard that low temps could indicate low progesterone. The problem is that the symptoms for low progesterone are pretty much the same as depression symptoms and since I have depression, I wouldn’t really be able to distinguish between the two. I don’t really show signs of hypothyroidism and have had tests on my thyroid pretty recently, so I don’t think this has to do with my thyroid?

I just need to know if I should be worried and if this could affect my fertility. Hoping I just simply run cold.
