How common is very early preterm labour?

I keep seeing a lot of posts here about preterm labour. I’m 21 weeks so this is scary to read. 
How common is preterm labour? Like very early preterm labour closer to 20 weeks. 
Such a scary thought!

It just depends on different factors. It’s different for every pregnancy. Try not to read too many stories and stress yourself out - as stress isn’t good for you or the baby.

It's scary but it does happen..not often but I think it's good to be aware, for women to share their stories and for it too not be a stigma.
Your body will do what it wants to do...
but try and stay healthy/ positive.... 
If those stories worry you just avoid them for the time being until you feel ready.
Unfortunately it does happen but babies are strong little ones as are the mothers that it happens too 💕

It’s very rare so I wouldn’t worry about it.  Just take care of yourself, physically and mentally xx
