Ever since a child I’ve always wanted to become a nurse and possibly become an emt while continuing my education to become a nurse. It’s always been my path of interest and my dad has influenced me a lot on that because he is a firefighter and emt. But just recently I’ve really been thinking that I may actually want to work with animals rather than humans. I think what may have influenced this was my poor puppy getting bit by a snake and taking her to an emergency hospital. I just loved the staff and the environment. I’ve also been really getting into emergency vet shows on tv and again I just seem to love that environment and the thought of being surround by animals I’m helping. I don’t know if this is just a phase or what. The only animals I’ve ever had were ducks, a bunny, cats, and dogs so it’s not like I’ve had all the animals in the world, although I do have a long list I want in the future haha. I just don’t know why I would change my mind last minute when I feel like I was destined to become a nurse. It sucks because that’s the only thing I was sure about in my life and I’ve never been more sure of something until now. Sorry if this is all over the place, my brain is all over the place, but any advice will help. I’m graduating early in December so college is literally only a semester away from me.
