Skin discoloration

Has anyone had like a birth mark pop up during pregnancy and go away after birth? I've had this probably a month and a half or more. It's gotten a little darker over time and I'm curious if it's just a pregnancy related skin discoloration and will go away after birth or if it's permanent?
