Weird symptoms

I have the Liletta IUD. I have had it for 7 months now, my periods have regulated to every 3-4 weeks and only spotting for about 3 days. My period is late which isn’t too stressful given my usual situations lol I started having bad insomniac nights, I’m also having to wake up multiple times a night to Urinate, my mouth is extremely dry, I’m soooo thirsty, I’m irritable and having terrible mood swings which makes me cry like 20x a day. I have no idea what is going on but my husband and I have been having intercourse ALOT. I have already had one miscarriage with this IUD so I know it’s possible to be pregnant , but what do you think?
