We have 4 cats. 2 mainecoon brothers and 2 American shorthair sisters. The sister are about 2 years older and are calmer , usually just laying the cribs and sleeping . The brothers seem to love sleeping in the cribs and bassinets etc AND scratching them up ! Well today, one of them JUMPED into the babies crib while he was sleeping. He jumped on the baby from higher up and woke him up but he seemed okay and just fell back asleep. We try covering the stuff with sheets , spraying with water ( the love it so it doesn’t phase them) loud noises , and we try keeping them out of his room with his crib and my room with his pack n play. The problem is we have an additional crib in my moms room which the door is always open, and an additional pack n play in the living room downstairs which they always have access to. Any advice from pet owners ? I don’t want this to become a habit. They stay out of his jumpers and swings and whatnot but lukas jumping on the baby today really scared me. He is a good 14 lbs and he’s only getting bigger.
