How much sleep do YOU need/get??
Hey mamas! Just wondering how much sleep y’all are aiming for and then actually getting? I know they say 8 is the magic number but I’ve found if I get 6 hours I am able to function pretty well and not feel total exhausted (with a cup or 2 of coffee of course 😉)
