Hi, I’m really sorry to show you guys this but have I had a miscarriage?

I’m really confused because me and my partner always use condoms and he always checks that they’re intact afterwards and I’ve been on the pill for about 42 days.

I’m 4 days into my first set of sugar pills (I skipped the first set) and today I had really bad cramps and I started bleeding earlier today and I just went to the bathroom and this came out (even though I had a tampon in)

If it is a miscarriage what do I do???
