Miscarriage or normal pregnancy bleeding?

How do you tell the difference? I haven’t bled at all and today I got to the bathroom and see a little bit of blood on my underwear so I wipe and this is what I see. No more after that that was about 2 hours ago or so. I’m suppose to be almost 6 weeks pregnant.

You do not need to get any sort of pain to be going through a miscarriage. Some people get no pain. This to me looks a little dark, please get into contact with your doctor and get checked. You can never be too safe or careful!! I wish you so much luck.

You don’t have to have any cramping or lower back pain to be having a miscarriage. I had no pain whatsoever with mine up until I actually passed my baby. Call your doctor and see if you can get an ultrasound or go to hospital.
