Quick sharp pain right ovary

Good morning! I’m just over 5 weeks, first US isn’t for a while, and on the way to work this morning I had a quick sharp pain in my right ovary. Enough for it to make me say “ow” out loud. However, it didn’t happen again and I feel fine now. Went to the bathroom to check and nothing so far. Should I be concerned? Also, not sure if it would be constipation since I’ve had 2 bowel movements this morning.
