Help!

Ive suffered 3 miscarriages within last 15 months and think im pregnant again, however i went for an ultrasound today (due to m/c looking at ovaries etc to find any problems) i havent took a test yet but im getting all the symptoms ive had before but the lady didnt mention a pregnancy nor did i tell her i thought i was, would it be possible for her to miss it if im only 3+ weeks?
