Anyone know anything about progesterone?

I was told by my OB that my levels are at like 5 so I would need help conceiving. My mucus around ovulation is thick and creamy but not clear or stretchy..I want to level myself out but unsure how other than taking these pills. Anyone that can help me understand all of this or other options? Should I take an ovulation kit to see if it comes back positive? I have one kiddo but curious how I became infertile.

I started taking this and look up the reviews there really good. I as well had one failed round of clomid this month the start of October I start my second round of 100mg. I have the same problem with my progesterone it’s at a level 1. All the bloodwork and pills dealing with this I changed my whole diet. It’s aggressive at times but looking at the better picture helps. Never let your head drop❤️

I’m in the exact same situation, I have a 14 year old and now have sub-fertility. I had my progesterone done two months in a row, first month it was 13 second month is was 5. I was told it needs to be above 15, I’ve got another two months of bloods being done again then I will go onto medication
