I'm freaking out ladies!!

7w4d and I have been feeling like I'm going to start my period for 2 days. When I got home today and went to the bathroom, I had blood and this weird clot come out. Sorry for the graphic pics and yes I put gloves on and got the clot to see what it looked like (😮) I don't feel very "periody" anymore, but just have this super sad feeling that I am no longer pregnant. I have an appt for an US Thursday morning. Any encouraging words?? 🙏🙏
