Hello everyone,
      Is having diarrhea and gas at the same time normal when your 11 weeks pregnant?

Answer

I asked my doctor the same thing. I’m 10w5d right now and have diarrhea on and off. He said it’s normal but not common. The various surges of hormones mean that fluctuations between diarrhea and constipation are totally normal, but most women tend to experience constipation more often. He told me just to stay hydrated and if I start having 10+ bowel movements a day or have more than 3 days of diarrhea in a row to call him. And gas is a normal part of pregnancy, unfortunately. 🙈
