Anyone else unable to sleep at night this trimester?

I've been staying until until 5:30 am😭
UPDATE: I finally slept last night! I fell asleep around 10 pm and woke up at around 2:15 am to pee (i had to get up at 3 am anyway lol) and couldn't go back to sleep but atleast I slept!

I've been putting dark screen deep sleep music on YouTube to help me sleep otherwise I get like 2- 4 hrs of sleep and it suuucks 😒...and they say this is the time to rest before baby. .like how the heck am I so exhausted all day and then night time rolls around and it's like I drank coffee and and energy drink and my eyes refuse to close!!! ....
