So I work in a small office and am the only one that can do my job. I have been here for 2 years and am currently 8 weeks pregnant after having 2 miscarriages.

The boss has been very vocal about how they don't want me to have another baby because it would be so difficult to find a replacement for my maternity leave (12 or 18 months in Canada). I know it is illegal for them to be discriminatory towards me because I am pregnant but when a previous staff member was expecting they treated her like she was a traitor. I am due for a raise in January, I am nervous if I say that I am pregnant before then they will not give me a raise.

Sorry for the rambling post, I just need advise on when to tell work.
