Ttc after mirena

Hello everyone, I'm 31 and was on my mirena for 7 years. I just got it taken out Sept 10th and just had my first normal period a week ago. I'm really hoping to get pregnant!!! Anyone have any good story's for getting off the mirena and getting a positive pregnancy soon after??
