C section incision

Does this look normal? It has a very puffy section right on top. It’s not very painful. Does feel warm and like it’s burning now and then. Stings here and there but not constantly. Not sure if it’s how I e been sitting or laying down kind of curled ? Waiting to see my doctor about it but wanted to see what you all thought.
