75% effaced and 1cm dilated🎉🎉

Went for my 36 weeks checkup today and my Doctor said I was 75% effaced and 1cm dilated and she could feel baby’s head!🎀 I know this can mean nothing but at the same time she said she thought baby would be here in about two weeks. Anyone else been like this, and had their baby before due date?
