Orgasm during sex

I’ve been having sex with my boyfriend for about 8 months now and I’ve never orgasmed during sex. He has a physical condition that dramatically reduces his stamina, so we can’t go for very long. I just want to finish during sex. It’s hard to incorporate toys because I’m “fluffy” and there’s not a lot of space down there when he’s in me. Any suggestions?
