I’m honestly worried TMI

I honestly don’t know what’s going on it’s been like this for like 3 days no blood left on my pantie liner but when I wipe it’s like this I’ve told the doctor went to the ER a couple of times and they tell me the same thing your HCG levels keep doubling like they should we do ultrasounds and see no reason for a bleed and I’m 4week and sum days so they say they really can’t do nothing without a heartbeat 🤦🏽‍♀️ someone tell me!!
