How do you cope with the rough/bad days at work? My husband is USUALLY pretty good at dealing with bad days, but the last few days have been pretty rough at work and it’s basically chewing him up and spitting him out. He came home tonight looking kind of defeated (for lack of a better word). He’s showering now, so I’m just going to wait and see where his head is at when he’s done

At least he has the next 4 days off, so it’ll be a decent amount of time to cool off.
