Hello Ladies!! So im 39 weeks. I have an upcoming doctors visit this friday.

My visits are every week and Last week my MidWife told me my baby boy seems very happy in here and doesnt look like he wants to come out soon. Tho his head is right where my cervix bone is (she almost couldnt tell if it was his head or my bone) so if hes that low wouldnt that mean hes already dropped?? Alot of people look at me and say they can tell my baby has not dropped yet... But im confused How much lower to my cervix does he have to be??? Or is it a different meaning to baby has dropped??
