Okay, I feel like I am crazy. So your cervix changes positions throughout your cycle. Near ovulation it should be low and soft. Then it rises, and is supposed to get firm and low if you're going to start your period and stay high and soft if you conceived.

My question, if you have read thus far is: does anyone feel like there's literally changes in firmness and position throughout the day?! Like I am trying to track this damn thing and I just feel like it's never the same, wth 😂
