I am 23, 5'5" 190 lbs and when I went to the Dr. she told me I needed to loose weight before starting to TTC but I have been really struggling! I have been reading everythinh I can find but theres so many different views! I have a preconception appointment October 1st ( we have been TTC for 4 months but this was the soonest I could get in to the Dr. I was wanting) I am curious to what everyone else is doinh to safely loose weight while TTC?
