38 weeks and 3 days!

Good Morning everyone!! I went to doctors appointment on Tuesday he check me and I’m only 1cm and cervix still hard! He also told me I have a lot of fluid so that night on Tuesday i was having a lot of BH I couldn’t sleep then Wednesday and Thursday morning I haven’t feel my baby move that much he’s been active all the time should i be worried about baby not moving around? I been drinking cold water/juice cups of ice lay on my left side and try to make baby move around i only felt 3 quicks in 2 hours.. should i go to L&D or just wait till my next appointment on Tuesday the 29th?
