Help!

Weve decided that i will not be going back to work, were not comfortable leaving the baby at a daycare and dont have any close family that is available to watch her.

Im nervous to talk to my boss, what should i say?

Should i text or is calling better i want to leave a good last impression incase i may need to come back one day

Just a bit of background info i technically have two bosses theres my supervisor and then my manager above her so really any quiting or firing happens through the manager.

Anyways i texted her asking to give a call because shes in alot of meetings and taking care if her team so calling her isnt a guarantee youll reach her. We set up a time and over the phone we discussed that i wont be coming back and she said that shes going to check if they need me to come in for an exit interview or to sign anything and will text me to let me know. All in all i think it went great :)
