Hey guys! A little help, please 😊
I’m struggling to eat and of course trying to get a little nutrition in. Any recommendations on what to eat to help me get the essentials? Really the only thing I can stomach are cereals, smoothies, anything frozen.. I guess mostly cold stuff. Any good recipes? Smoothies maybe that aren’t full of sugar?
