how can I tell baby’s position?

I’m almost 29 weeks and wondering if baby is in head down position yet. I’m feeling punches or kicks super low like on my bladder..feels like it’s kicking my vagina/cervix. Is there any way to know? Can my doctor tell or do I need an ultrasound?

I could never tell, but my doctor took one look at my bare belly and said he was breech. Ultrasound proved her right!

My midwife feels my tummy and tells me how the baby is laid. My baby went head down at 28 weeks. I’m now 32 weeks and can tell my self because all kicks are in my ribs and other little movements down below/ near the bladder my midwife said will be their arms and hands. I can also tell if the baby is laid on the left or right hand side of my tummy because it’s harder! X
