Baby not gaining enough weight might have to be induced early

I had went in for my growth anatomy scan on Wednesday. Long story short my daughter has been diagnosed with a 2 cord vessel at 20 weeks. And I am currently 35 +2. But my daughter is measuring 2 weeks behind on her weight. She is 4 pounds 10 oz, she is not gaining weight like she is supposed in the growth range because of the 2 cord vessel and plus my placenta is not doing what it's supposed to . So I go back in for another growth scan this Tuesday to see if I need to be induced early at 37 weeks and to see if she gained a little weight. My doctor feels she will do better out of me then inside of me for her to gain weight. But other then that she is healthy. It's just her weight she is struggling on... I want her to stay in longer so her lungs and brain can fully develop. Ik they will have to put her in a incubator. But I don't want that I want to be able to take her home after I give birth to her. I don't know how to really handle all this. I would definitely appreciate your advice ladies.
