Herpes ? This is my last time posting it

When I got home I put alcohol on it to see if it would help .... this is before the alcohol , those are not blsiters in the second pictures when I rub my lips together they feel flat and when I put my tongue on them they are flat ... my friend has had a cold sore before and she says that it doesn’t look like that it looks like I picked with my lip which I always do ... the last time I picked my lip in the middle and I was scared I had herpes cause it looked the same but I guess it was just the bacteria because today it was just 1 big bump and it appeared out of no where I didn’t even feel it I’m just scared I won’t be able to kiss my bf anymore or do anything really no one wants to be at risk for an disease although my friend did have cold sores twice and she still kissed people and has not spread it So can you guys just lmk what you think I’m really scared .... I’m also a hypochondriac I get really scared over minor things
