What is your opinion !?

Am I wrong for feeling this way or do you understand my point?! I get upset because my boyfriend works on Saturdays because it’s my only day off. Although we see each other 5 days a week it’s only after I get out of work at 8:30pm and we go to sleep together at 10 or so. It upsets me because he says he plans to leave this job at the end of the year or so. It would be different if this was his career job. Although my job isn’t a career job I make a lot and that’s why I work so much because it’s mandatory. I just want to spend a full day with my boyfriend! It makes me feel like he is putting work before me. He doesn’t see it this way because he gets out at three and says we have the whole day to do stuff afterwards & it’s his jobs busiest day blah blah . It’s just so frustrating but I’d love more opinions and maybe It can help change my viewpoint for the better!! <3
