Scared and worried

I had a missed miscarriage(6.5 weeks) in july and just found out yesterday I'm pregnant again. The problem is that I woke up this morning with brown discharge (4 weeks) and I had the same thing at the same time with my miscarriage(4weeks) . I want to hear any stories of this happening to you and having a good out come, in just so scared I dont want to lose another baby😫😔 I do plan on going to the emergency room I have to wait until hubby is home from work.
