Stomach bug or pregnancy?

Question

Currently 25 wks and all day long I’ve had like an urge to gag but don’t actually throw up. I’ve been having stomach cramps all day but no diarrhea just regular bowel movements. I’ve had an appetite and I ate lunch, I got a little stomach ache after I ate but still no puking so not sure what’s going on. Anyone else who’s dealt with this??

If my son is kicking or being really really active I get beyond sick. No warning or anything I just throw up. Or he will make me really nauseous for awhile. I dont always feel him move but after sometime when I can feel him move I get sick. So I'm assuming it's both. I was checked at my OB and they said it's very very possible that him being really active could make me sick.
