The blood definitely warrants a call to the pediatrician. Does she poop every day? That looks dry and hard, could be from a mixture of constipation and not drinking enough water. My advice would be to call the pedi and push water and foods with fiber in the meantime (Cheerios and/or oatmeal are great sources of fiber). Try to avoid foods that bind you up like a lot of cheese and bananas. Best of luck, and hope your little one is ok

Has she eaten anything red? If not I’d say it’s most definitely blood and she needs to be seen. That’s how I’d handle it with my child.
Is she fussy? Fever? Pain?
