Pregnancy pillow?

Is buying a pregnancy pillow worth it? I am 19 weeks today and am finding it increasingly harder to get comfortable to sleep. Before pregnancy I slept on my back now I have too much pressure. Sleeping on my sides causes my back to hurt. I just wonder if the pillow will help.

Yes!! Get the U shaped one! It’s amazing and you don’t have to move it with you if you toss and turn.
Husbands tend to hate them though 😂

I just use a regular pillow between my legs or under my belly if I need it. I’m 26 weeks and it’s been totally fine so far. I think everyone is different!

100%!  A pillow under your right hip will also help when laying on your back

It depends on how attached you are to your pillow. I have a very specific pillow and can’t imagine anything else being comfortable, and all the pregnancy pillows seem to replace your regular pillow. I just use about 4 pillows in various places to keep me comfortable.
