Spit up/ throw up

My daughter turned 8 weeks yesterday and she’s always spit up since she was born.. her pediatrician wanted us to switch to Similac spit up an that seemed to help for about a week but for the last few days she has been throwing up so much right after she eats. She constantly has hicups and bad gas also. But what’s crazy is she’s NEVER fussy. Only cries when shes hungry. She has a tongue tie but her doctor doesn’t want to fix it since she’s still gaining weight. I just feel like she sucks to much air in and that’s the reason she’s getting hiccups and throwing up so much. I burp her after ever 1oz (she usually eats 4) so I don’t know what else to do. He’s recommending me to buy nose drops because he things drainage from her throat is causing it but she doesn’t sound congested at all. Any other mommies have this problem or have suggestions?

We’ve also tried 3 other formulas before Similac spit up and they all give her bad gas.
