Lost tampon?

I don’t remember taking my tampon out but I also don’t feel a tampon in me when I search my vagina with my finger. Has anyone lost a tampon in them and not been able to feel it? I can’t imagine it’s stuck so far up that I can’t even feel it, but maybe? Anyone have any tips?

I wouldn't say "lost," from what I remember, the vagina is 2-4 inches deep. I would however go to the emergency room and get it taken out if you can't reach it, so you don't get any infections.

If you think it's there then squat and push, this should help youpush it down. If in a couple days you start feeling ill with headaches or any smell then head to doctors. I left one in me and the squatting helped bc I used one and forgot one was inside🤦🏽‍♀️

I've accidentally stuck a tampon in when I had one in already. I forgot I had one in then put another so that pushed the first one further up... then my period ends and the days following I am left with this horrible smell that wouldn't seem to to away. Turns out I had an old tampon up there. When it came out, the smell went away

It happened to my mom. 
She went to her OB and was telling her how she was starting to really stink down there, and it wasn’t normal. She did a PAP, and used these small forceps to pull out an old tampon that was lodged. 
Apparently my mom got drunk with her boyfriend a week before and had just ended her period, but was wearing a white dress so she wanted to be careful. When they got home that night and did their thing, I guess he must of pushed it up there lol 
I would just call your OB to check, because you can get an infection from it, or even develop TSS.

It absolutely can happen 😳 try getting in the bath and then looking. It just gives a better angle. Your body should push it out over a day or two but you can get up in there better if you lay down. Good luck!

If you think you left it, go into a square position and get a mirror. But really you should go to the doctor because leaving a tampon in more than 3hrs is dangerous . You can get tss- and then you get very sick

It can happen! It happened to my sister. I thought she was kidding at first but then she had to go to the emergency room because she couldn’t get it out.
