Can’t shake it

I’ve had stomach cramps, nausea without vomiting, and diarrhea for the past 3 days. Suppose to start my period tomorrow. I’m beyond nauseous right now after waking up. I already peed this morning. Should I wait to take a test or test this afternoon.

It is only my second cycle since getting my mirena out but I don’t usually feel this way before my period. Usually in constipated before starting. And I don’t think im sick because it comes and goes throughout the day.
