Normal PMS symptoms but ended up pregnant?

Anyone have their normal PMS symptoms and ended up pregnant? I’m 11dpo and was hoping this month would be it. My boobs started hurting about 9dpo which is how it used to be. And I’m started to poop a lot more sorry tmi like I usually start to right before AF. The only differences are my boobs hurt all over instead of just the sides and my cramps feel a little different. Took a test yesterday and it was BFN 😔 I was really hoping it would happen. My friend and I surged literally a day apart! (She doesn’t know I’m trying)
