IUI 2 week wait

Hey ! My partner and i just recently went thru our first IUI . ive googled so many things to try to detect pregnancy early . if anyone else can just tell me when did you get trigger out of your system and then how long to test positive ? My IUI was on the 17th (last thursday) trigger shot on the 16th , femara for 5 days prior . how did you test trigger out ? I had my 7dpo progesterone and it was a 14.3 . i know its too early to be trying to test . id just like some opinions . i had cramping like up to 5 days after iui . Also the last 3 days ive had terrible headaches . today is 11pt
