round ligament

i am currently on week 17 and i have been having strange pains when i pass urine towards the end and urine is sometimes slow to come out of my bladder- i went to the GP and got abx for water infection monday and got 2 more days left- but the problem has resolved, does anyone else/ has anyone else experienced this?

sometimes when i turn i have sharp pain which i am aware this is round ligament but didn’t know if the pain when passing urine on my stomach area was something to be concerned about? 😪
