31+4 with pains?

I’m not too worried at the minute but I keep getting tummy pains all day. Pains started on Wednesday and have been getting more intense feeling. I’ve never gone into labor or anything so I don’t have any frame of reference as to what contractions are like but I don’t think they’re contractions. I’ve been having a lot of Braxton Hicks the past couple of days as well, should I ring my hospital and see what they recommend me do or will I leave it and see if it gets worse? I’m only not worried as I can still feel her moving as normal
